Teresa Delores Educational & Developmental Center was birthed by Natasha Conway during the Summer of 2020 in the memory of her mother, the late Teresa Delores Roberts-Conway.
Educating each child while aiding each family, to help build a financially secure and self-sufficient community.

Ms. Natasha Conway brings over 16 years of diverse and impactful experience in the field of childcare and education. A proud graduate of Florida State University, she earned her bachelor's degree in Family and Child Sciences in 2008. Since then, Ms. Conway has cultivated a rich professional background, working in a variety of roles that span daycares, Early Head Start and Head Start programs, and public schools. She has served families in Gadsden County, Leon County, and Orange County.
Her experience includes serving as an Advanced Kindergarten teacher for Gadsden County Public Schools, where she demonstrated her ability to foster academic and developmental growth in young learners. During the pandemic, Ms. Conway expanded her expertise by working as a private nanny, mobile preschool teacher, tutor, and virtual assistant, showcasing her adaptability and commitment to individualized education.
With a passion for early childhood education and a wealth of experience, Ms. Conway is dedicated to creating a nurturing and enriching environment for children. Alongside being an educated and trained early educator, she is also a wonderful mother to 3 amazing boys. She is excited to bring her skills and expertise to your family, becoming a trusted partner in your child's developmental journey.
